Joel Alleyne

Joel is President, Alleyne Inc., and Chairman Crucible International Inc. which have recently joined Abraxas International. He recently completed a seven year term working on contract as the National Chief Information and Knowledge Officer (CIO/CKO) for the law firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Prior to forming Crucible he was Chairman and CEO, GSA Consulting Group Inc. He was also a partner with BDO Management Consulting and the National Director of Computer Services for BDO Ward Mallette, a public accounting firm. Mr. Alleyne has held consulting positions with Touche Ross & Partners and Quasar Systems Ltd., and systems development positions with IBM Canada Laboratories where he was involved in the development of software products for the banking industry.

Joel holds a Masters of Information Studies and BSc in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, and is currently completing a PhD in Information and Knowledge Management, also at Toronto.

Rennie Fisher, PMP

Prior to joining Abraxas International in 2010, Rennie’s company Global Mobility Partners provided management consulting to the Commercial Real Estate sector on business solutions including Web facing and wireless solutions.

Rennie’s experience includes: Global Chief Information Officer at Colliers International, a Canadian commercial real estate company where he pioneered the concept of a Virtual Workforce, implementing and supporting wide area networks, wireless mobility, and business applications across global regions. As part of the senior executive team at Colliers, Rennie was involved in several mergers & acquisitions where he successfully extended IT infrastructure, applications and services to the new companies.

Having had senior management roles in Information Technology for many years, Rennie has solid experience in manufacturing, sales, resource energy, and financial sectors. Rennie has prior management consulting experience from his time with DMR.

Rennie is a graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc) and is a Project Management Professional.
